Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched or processed for shipment.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
- Bulk, custom or special-order products may not be cancellable
- Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible
- Approved cancellations may be refunded to the original payment method
Important: Once packaging, dispatch or freight booking is completed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

- Refund amount may exclude shipping, packaging or handling charges
- Refund timelines depend on payment gateway and bank processing
- Original payment method will normally be used for refunds
Customers must provide valid order information and supporting evidence when requesting a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact RKDeal within 24 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video may be required for claim verification
- Product images and packaging photos may be requested
- Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved
- Replacement or refund decision will depend on inspection
Recommendation: Always record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
Return Eligibility
Products may qualify for return only if:
- Wrong product was delivered
- Item arrived physically damaged
- Product is defective upon arrival
- Issue is reported within allowed timeframe
Returned products must be unused and in original packaging with accessories, labels and invoice.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping & Return Charges
