Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. Bulk, customized, or special-order products may require additional processing time.

Shipping Coverage

RKDeal ships products across India for residential, commercial, contractor, wholesale, industrial, and government project requirements.

Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, quantity, and delivery location. Heavy electrical items, industrial products, or bulk orders may have separate freight charges.

Bulk & Commercial Orders

For bulk orders, project supply, and government requirements, dedicated logistics support may be arranged. Freight charges may vary depending on shipment size and destination.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Customers can track shipment status through courier partner websites.

Damaged or Missing Items

If the package appears damaged during delivery, please inspect it before accepting. Mention visible damage to the delivery partner and record an unboxing video. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery Delays

RKDeal is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, transport disruptions, government restrictions, courier delays, or incorrect customer information. However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
